Motion Designer

(Freelance or Contract-to-hire)

What you’ll do

• Create motion identities, logo stings and brand animations
• Bring UI flows, product stories and social content to life
• Build reusable motion systems and libraries
• Collaborate with strategy and design to extend brand worlds across video

What you’ll bring

• A reel that shows range and restraint
• Strong After Effects skills; Figma and basic 3D are a plus
• Sense for pacing, typography in motion, and sound choices
• Ability to take a storyboard and elevate it
• Experience with brand launches or product explainers
• Knowledge of Lottie, Rive, or motion for the web

Copywriter

(Freelance or Contract-to-hire)

What you’ll do

• Write brand voice, messaging frameworks and naming explorations
• Craft web copy, product microcopy and campaign lines
• Translate strategy into clear language across touchpoints
• Collaborate with design to align words with visuals

What you’ll bring

• A portfolio that shows range: voice work, web, and short-form
• Comfort with interviews, research and synthesis
• Ability to write simply, with rhythm and intent
• Attention to detail and a calm, collaborative approach

Nice to have

• Experience with tech, wellness, or consumer products
• Comfort with UX writing and content design
